Here is a breakdown of our standard discounts/memberships and some additional info.

Minimum order is £10 to all customers regardless membership levels.

25% discount on all orders over RRP £125 (Ex set up charges)
30% discount on orders over RRP £1000 (Ex set up charges)
Orders of £5000 or more will be based per order with special discount.

There is no discount off customization set ups. Though you only pay set up fees once. Embroidery set up fees will be recharged if you need the logo size changed. Also remember caps and beanies etc might need a different size of logo so we can do dual prices at the start if you think you will be getting these items in the future.

Membership Levels
Silver
Spend over £1000 per year and receive 25% off all orders over £20.
Gold
Spend over £5000 per year and receive 30% off all orders over £20.
Gold +
Spend over £20000 per year and receive special rates on all orders.
We will add this discount automatically to estimates and invoices.

Turnaround
Standard turnaround will be 2/3 weeks (10/15 working days). This will depend on how busy the production team are, at that time. You will see an estimated production date on your estimate/invoice.
If you need an express turnaround of 5 working days and we can source the items in this time, there will be no discount applied to the order. If the order has no discount there will be a fee applied.
Customization costs
Vector
Set up your logo for print. We need the PDF/EPS file to print all logos. This has to be in vector format not a JPG converted in PDF.
You only have 1 set up regardless if you need to change the size etc.
If we receive a very sharp JPG/PNG of the logo sometimes this can be auto traced at £15
Embroidery
All logos will need set up for embroidery to convert it into stitch format.
If you plan to keep the same size of the logo, you only have 1 set up and you don’t pay this on other orders.
If you need the logo re sized there would be an additional cost, if not a full set fee applied.
For example
Beanies can only be embroidered 65mm high max.
Caps can only be embroidered 50mm high and these need a different set up cost due to the curve on the cap to normal flat garment set ups.
We will then recommend telling us if you plan on using any of the 2 items above so we can do a dual set up price at the beginning, to save full set up fees later.
Logo design
We can design new logos; these will be priced individually depending on time spent.
These will start from £40.
The more info or rough sketches will give us a head start and will make the design cheaper.
